How do you track the success of Outbound Calls? Here are some ways to see how you're doing:

Dispositions matter

Why? Because they help keep your lists organized and help you track the success of your calls.

  • Know what each disposition reason means. Check out our guide here.

  • Properly disposition customers out of your lists. Keep your numbers manageable by using disposition reasons to remove customers once you've contacted them 3 times.

  • Provide context for the next call. Dispositioning correctly allows you to know the outcome of the last call to the customer so you are informed the next time you call them.

Tracking call success

Keep tabs on your calls with the Call Report. We have a full walkthrough on the Call Report here, but here are some quick ways to use it:

  • See how many calls you've made and ensure they are compliant (Gryphon Matched).

  • Break it down by disposition. Aim for positive dispositions (Offer Accepted, Set Appointment) and track your progress month-over-month. The Top Disposition widget is a great barometer of how your calls are shaping up!
