Using the Appointment Scheduler

The appointment scheduler can help you take action on successful calls. Let's talk through the advantages of scheduling appointments and some best practices.

Why schedule appointments?

If you're not using the appointment scheduler through outbound calling, here are a few reasons why you should be:

  • Make sure your calls result in a visit for you. Don't let another salesperson reap the benefits of your efforts! Schedule your customers when you're working.

  • Make your customers feel special. Providing a customer with the option to schedule an appointment shows you are respectful of their time.

  • Make the most of slow days. Let customers know they will have the fastest service if they schedule an appointment on a slower day. This allows you to make the most of those quieter days and gives you more time with that customer.

Tips for using the appointment scheduler

  • Download your appointment PDF each day. Know who may be coming in.

  • No name? No problem. Of course it's great to get the customer's name for their appointment, but if you don't, you can fill in Valued Customer in the name field.
