How to read your Call Type report.

As you and your team begin making calls through Elevate Marketing’s Outbound Calling, you may want to take a step back and look at your calls. Utilizing the calling reports can give you great insight into the past, present, and future of your business. Below, we are going to take a look at the Call Type Report, which will show your calls broken down by calling buckets.

You can find this report under your reports tab in the side menu.

From there you will see a graph along with rows of data below it. When looking at the graph you will notice that there is an orange and blue section to each column, which represents Leads Displayed on Screen vs Calls Made. If your locations are making calls correctly, these bars should be even.

Each bar represents a different calling group and will show the trend of your location’s calling. And don’t forget, to use the filters at the top to update the graph by call group.

Below the graph is the metric data, broken down by location. Utilize this section with the report filters at the top to get a more precise view of your calling data and which locations are using the different buckets.

With all that said, here are some possible uses of this report to help improve business and focus your calling efforts.

  1. Call Compliance - Take a look at how calls are leveling out on the graph, and whether your reps are making calls correctly or may need some more assistance. If they are making calls correctly, the orange and blue bars should be even and the total calls number will match the leads displayed on the screen.

  2. Call Group Focus - Depending on your calling group list size, you may have more calls available in one call group than another. Although, making sure your new customers reach 6MR is just as important as supporting your loyal customers. Maintaining a balanced approach to all call groups is key to a healthy 2MR through 6MR and beyond.
