Explore and better utilize the Dispositions Report.

The Dispositions report is your solution to tracking rep progress through calls, with a breakdown of total calls by dispositions MTD. This report can be a key indicator of your locations' traffic, sales, or bill payment trends. If calls are going well with "Call Accepted" or "Set Appt", expect more people in the store with more revenue, and if calls are going poorly vice versa. Now let's dive into where to find this report and how to use it to improve your business.

The Dispositions report can be found on the menu under Reports > Dispositions. This report is only for Account Owners, Account Admins, and Location Admins.

The report shows data from your locations' total calls and leads displayed on the calling screen. Looking at the bar graph you have two colors per disposition. Orange is "leads displayed on the screen" and blue is for "Gryphon verified and dispositioned calls".

KEEP AN EYE on these, the blue bar should be EVEN with the orange bar if your location is following all the Outbound Calling verification protocols. (To learn more about Gryphon and the call verification process, Click Here)

To get a more focused view of the info you can filter the report by dates or disposition type. You can also export the report to view more in-depth data (to learn more about all the dispositions click here). Just make sure to click "Update" after any filters so your changes take effect.

Lastly, if you see too many adds to DNC or Offers Declined at a location, you may start to see lower foot traffic.

Your manager should take a comprehensive look at the location's calls and team. Your team may need a refresher on calling best practices, to go through Outbound Calling Training again, or a shift in the focus of their calls. The more Offers Accepted and Appts made, the more opportunity your locations have to close the sale!
