With outbound calling, your goal should be to make consistent and relevant calls to your customers. These goals can increase foot traffic, monthly sales, and encourage a strong customer/store relationship. Outbound Calling makes this strategy simple so that you can focus on the calls and conversation. Outbound Calling's call group system streamlines the customer journey so you can make the most of your time making calls.

Currently, there are two calling groups you may see within the Call Manager: Promotional & Customer Retention.

The first group, Promotional, is intended to focus on specific promotions. Within this group, there will be creatives and scripts available specific to the offer. Customers will fill into these lists as long as they match the filters specific to the promotion.

Promotional call groups depend on the availability of Boost Mobile promotions. Therefore, there may be times where there are no lists within this group. As time continues and new promotions or campaigns arise, expect this call group to be updated with new calling buckets and scripts.

Customer Retention groups focus on a customer’s journey from shortly after they activate to years down the road. In this group, you will see four buckets, or lists, to reach them along their journey. There is a Welcome + Pre-2MR Check-In, 3rd/4th Month Check-In, Pre-6MR Check-In, and Loyalty (6 Months +).

Utilizing Customer Retention call lists help you provide your customers with a high level of service leading to increased customer loyalty. Not only this, with a more specific calling list, you can use the list filters and Homepage Dashboard to build out calling strategies that match your location goals.
