Updated Homepage Dashboard & Outbound Calling Groups

We've made some exciting updates to Elevate Marketing, and can't wait to tell you more! Keep reading to learn more about what's new!

Updated Homepage Dashboard

We've given the Homepage Dashboard a refresh with some exciting new stats to give you added insight into your customer base.

Now you will see:

  • Your Total Customers on AutoPay: A pie chart breaking down total customers on AutoPay.

  • Your Customer Credit Card Expiration Breakdown: A bar chart displaying, by month, the number of your AutoPay customers who have expiring credit cards.

  • Your Customers by Plan Amount: A bar chart displaying the top 5 plan amounts for your customer base.

  • Your Total Customers by Language Preference: A pie chart breaking down your customer base by language preference.

  • Your % of Total Customers by Tenure Range & AutoPay: A bar chart displaying the percentage of your total customers within tenure ranges, and the percentage within each range that is on AutoPay.

We've also removed the following widget to keep the Dashboard up to date:

  • Your Total Customers by Activation System

Updated Outbound Calling Groups (+ NEW Promotional Group!)

We've also refreshed Outbound Calling to help you make more impact with your daily calls.

New 'Loyalty Upgrade' Promotional Calling Group

You asked - and it's here! A brand new Promotional Calling Group to help you identify and contact customers who may be eligible to upgrade their device.

Customers within this group will meet all the following criteria:

  • On the BTN or BEDN network

  • Activated their current device more than 1 year ago

  • Not on a B5G approved SKU

  • MRC date is within the next 7 days

This group will help your bottom line by allowing you to drive customers into the store for the latest and greatest devices, on the best Boost Mobile network. For more tips on using this new calling group, click below:

Changes to Customer Retention Calling Groups

Here's what's been updated in your Customer Retention Groups:

  • Welcome + Pre-2MR Check-In now includes B5G customers. These customers were previously included in their own promotional call group.

  • Loyalty list will now reach customers between 14-21 days from their MRC date to accommodate the new Loyalty Upgrade group.

  • Call group names updated ('GSF' removed from beginning)
