Make the most of this Promotional Calling Group

The Loyalty Upgrade Promotional Calling Group is a great way to drive upgrade-eligible customers into the store to get the latest and greatest Boost Mobile devices, on the latest and greatest Boost Mobile network.

With this group, we've provided you a segment of your customers that is likely to be eligible to upgrade their device. Use this group to talk about the benefits of the B5G network, the great features of B5G approved phones, and the pricing they may qualify for when they upgrade.

Here are some additional tips & tricks for using this calling group:

Know who you're talking to.

Customers in this calling group will meet all of the following criteria:

  • On the BTN or BEDN network. Focus on getting BTN/BEDN customers on to B5G.

  • Activated their current device more than 1 year ago. Concentrate on customers who are truly ready to upgrade.

  • Not on a B5G approved SKU. Focus on getting customers on to the devices that gives them the best Boost Mobile experience, and gets you the most value to your store.

  • MRC date is within the next 7 days. Capture customers shortly before their bill is due, so they can schedule an appointment to upgrade for their next billing cycle.

Double-check before you dial.

Confirm your customer's eligibility to upgrade within ePay so you are 100% sure you are providing them with the best information.

Know the devices, features, and pricing.

Make sure you are up to date on the latest B5G approved devices, and know their unique features. Make sure you know upgrade pricing (we provide you a cheat sheet within the creative section of the script!)

Start with 'Thank You.'

Don't forget to thank these customers for their loyalty to your store. All customers on this list have been customers for over a year - so make sure you're practicing customer-first selling and getting them the most value they can get with Boost Mobile.

Schedule Appointments

Switching devices is no easy thing. Allot enough time to be thorough on these calls, but also use the Appointment Scheduler to get the customer in the store to demo devices, and see you to make their final decision and upgrade. Additionally, use the scheduling tool to drive traffic in the door on slower days of the week, so you can spend adequate time with each one.
