Are you looking for a quick view of your locations' or account's customers by the numbers? Look no further than the updated Elevate Marketing Dashboard. The dashboard, pictured below, will give you a bird's eye view of your business to make better in-store and Elevate Marketing decisions. Let's take a closer look at some of the graphs below.

Starting from the top, you'll have a location filter. Automatically the dashboard will show data from all locations together. Choosing locations from this dropdown will show data for that location and/or locations selected.

Towards the top, you have your customers broken down by communication options. This is a percentage of customers able to be SMS'ed, emailed, and called** If these numbers seem low, ensure everyone is collecting accurate email info, making meaningful calls, and focused on new customer retention.

Below those top widgets, you can quickly access some important customer info.

AutoPay Widgets

Percentage of customers on AutoPay

Easily ensure your stores are effectively getting customers on AutoPay.

AutoPay credit card expiration forecast

See how many total AutoPay customers have expiring credit cards over the next 12 months. See a high amount for any given month? Make sure you're calling AutoPay customers with Outbound Calling to keep those credit cards up to date!

Customer Tenure vs. AutoPay

Easily compare customer tenure with your store to AutoPay percentages to see how your efforts in AutoPay enrollment can equal increased customer loyalty.

Plan, Network, & Language Preference Widgets

Total Customers by Network + Network & Plan Type

A pie chart easily shows you a breakdown of your customers by Network, and the bar chart next to it compares Single Line & Family Plans, and the network breakdown for each.

Language Preference

Easily see the percentage of your customers that prefer English vs. Spanish in this pie chart.

Customers by Top Plan Amount

See a breakdown of your customers by dollar amount of their plan, so you can keep tabs on how your stores are performing with preferred rate plans.

Customer Tenure + Network

Customer by Tenure can indicate how your monthly retention is holding up. If your percentages are higher in the 1-3 month areas but lower beyond that, a location or two may need to focus on 6MR and customer loyalty with calling and campaigns to drive customers in-store for bill payments.

Compare customer tenure to network to easily see which network retains the most customers over time. Also, use this to focus your outbound calling efforts on specific tenure groups for new network adoption.

Device Widgets

You have three charts broken out by network. Each chart shows which devices you are selling the most on each network. This can be super helpful for selling, purchasing inventory, or planning your next marketing campaign.

πŸ’‘ Pro Tip πŸ’‘

Before you go, here's a pro tip for using these charts. You can use each chart's key to highlight a specific item or items. For example, within the Customers by Plan Type and Network Graph, you can click on each network in the key to show/not show that network's numbers.

We think this dashboard can significantly improve how you engage with your customers at your locations.
