The Device Mix report will provide information on the different devices sold in the chain. It's important to review this report to determine which phones and plans are selling the best and meet sales goals. It can also be good to help with inventory forecasting, marketing, sales tactics, and more! Let's take a look at the report.

Admin users will find this report on the left side in the Navigation under Reports.

You can filter by a specific location or default to viewing all in the chain. You can change the Activation Date Range in the upper right-hand corner to select weeks, days, or months. There is also a choice of Prepaid area, Prepaid Region, and Prepaid Market. Once the desired date and location/ or locations are selected, press Update. This report can also be exported.

After the information is regenerated, a graph will break down each device and plan. The data is also displayed under the chart to read in more detail.

You can select specific plans to view or hide in the Graph key. By clicking on the plan amount, it will hide the information that you don't wish to see at that time until you re-click it. This shows sales data from month to month or store to store. The report also breaks down per phone, the number of customers, and the percentage of each plan.

This report can give you more understanding when comparing store to store or year to year to see which devices are selling. It can also be a very helpful tool when planning out your marketing to show where you should focus your efforts.

If you have any questions about the report & how to read it, please call 877-839-8777 or start a chat in the lower right-hand corner.
