Get ready to start making Outbound Calls by reviewing the script for your Pre-6MR Check-In calls.

This call is made to your customers 120-150 days after activation at your store. It should allow you to check in with your customer just before their 6th-month payment is due. Half a year of loyalty is a big deal, so why not say thank you with a free 6-month service check and one or two in-store deals when they stop in to make their payment?

A conversation at six months is also an excellent opportunity to check your customer’s usage over the past six months and ensure that they are on the right plan for their needs. It’s also an excellent time to make sure their phone’s software is up to date and that they have the latest and greatest accessories.
