Get ready to start making Outbound Calls by reviewing the script for your 3rd/4th Month Check-In calls.

This call is made to your customers 60-90 days after activation at your store and is an excellent opportunity to check in with your customers midway to 6MR. At this point, they have been using their new phone and service for a few months and may be considering adding additional lines, value-added services, or new accessories. This is a great time to invite them back to the store for a free service check to ensure they get the most out of their device and Boost Mobile service.
