How to get help when you need it.

When you can't find the answers you need in our Help Center, you can contact our Support Team to help you out! Our Support Team is available to help you M-F, 9AM-5PM Eastern via phone, email or in-app chat.

Some important notes about our Support:

  1. Our chat is not a live chat, and it may take a short amount of time for our team to address your question. If a Support Team member does not reply in your screen right away, you can still close your screen if needed. You will receive an email when they reply.

  2. When you call us, please be prepared to confirm your store info with our team.

  3. If you are having technical issues with your marketing platform, our team may ask for additional information. This can include screenshots, or they may ask you to hop on a call where they can see your screen. All of these requests are standard for diagnosing the issue and helping find the resolution. If you are having a technical issue, it is often helpful for our team to know exactly which steps you followed to create the error so we can replicate it, diagnose it and ultimately fix it.
