Every customer is different and some prefer not to receive digital communications about upcoming promotions. That is where you can proactively help out with the Do-Not-Contact Manager in Boost Elevate Marketing.

The DNC Manager is found just under the reports menu option. When you click it, you will have three options for Do-Not-Contact.

To add a customer to the Do Not Contact list, scroll to the form of communication that the customer requested DNC and fill in their information. Once filled in, click submit and you are all done. Afterwards, you can let the customer know it can take up to three days for the changes to take effect.

The great part about the DNC Manager is that it can be used with any customer request. You can access this tool regardless of your module status, and you can submit information regardless if the person is a current customer or not.

⚠️ Note: For those with an active Outbound Calling module, this will be the new location you can use to enter customer information for those that indicate they do not want to be called instead of the Call Status page. ❗️Although, you will still be able to add numbers to DNC while in Outbound Calling via the call disposition. If you forget, you will see this notification on the Call Status page that can redirect you to the new Do-Not-Contact Manager.❗️

The Do-Not-Contact Manager will create a simpler and more streamlined area to handle all customers looking to receive less promotional material. If you haven't already, we highly recommend reading the importance of DNC AND make sure you have taken the Boost Mobile DNC training.
