As excited as we are to bring you a tool to reach out to your customers, we also know that some customers do not want to be contacted. 

At Elevate Marketing, we have made sure that we are aware of all the Do-Not-Contact rules, and have built the system to be in compliance with DNC. In fact, our entire staff has completed Boost's Do Not Call training - and before you are able to use the Outbound Calling tool on Elevate, you need to complete this training too.

If you, or any members of your staff, have not completed the DNC training, please sign on to the Boost Mobile training system to complete the training. 

You should be familiar with how to add a customer to the Do Not Contact list when using Outbound Calling. For a full guide to this process, click here.
