Ready to sign up for Lifecycle Messaging? If you are an Account Owner or Account Admin, here's how to get started and how to manage your subscriptions and messages.

How to subscribe locations
STEP 1: Visit https://boostelevate.com/promotions/lifecycle/setup or click 'Lifecycle' under the Promotions menu. Note that if all your stores are in a Do Not SMS state, you will not see this page or be able to access it.
STEP 2: Click 'Sign Up' at the top of the page, or below the pricing chart.
💡If you already have some locations subscribed to Lifecycle Messaging and want to add more, you will click 'Manage Access' instead. 💡
STEP 3: Select which locations you would like to sign up by using the check boxes next to your location names/addresses. Note that stores in do not SMS states will not appear in the store list.
💡 If you would like to select all locations, click the top check box to select all. Note that if you want to sign all stores up at once, they will need to have the same subscription type. 💡
STEP 4: Choose the credit card on file you would like to be charged for your Lifecycle Messaging subscription.
💡If you do not have a credit card on file, click 'Add Card' to add a credit card. You can add a card and tie it to one or multiple locations. 💡
STEP 5: In the next menu, choose if you're signing up these locations for a monthly or yearly subscription.
STEP 6: Click 'Save'. You will receive a notification that your subscriptions have been added. If you are signing up multiple locations, it may take a few seconds to process.
How to set up Lifecycle Messaging campaigns
Now that your locations are subscribed, it's time to set up your campaigns using the steps below:
STEP 1: Visit https://boostelevate.com/promotions/lifecycle/setup or click 'Lifecycle' under the Promotions menu OR click 'Manage Messages' from the manage access page.
STEP 2: Scroll down to 'Available Messages' to view the campaigns you're able to set up. Click 'Add' at the far right of the message you want to set up.
STEP 3: Similar to other campaigns in Elevate Marketing, you'll review your message and add the locations you want to set up the campaign for. You will also set the duration of your campaign here.
⭐️ Unlike regular Elevate campaigns, Lifecycle Messages will send out each day within the campaign dates you choose as customers hit the campaign triggers. Most Lifecycle Campaigns are good for at least 6 months. To minimize the amount of set-up needed, we suggest you set up your campaigns for the maximum amount of time allowed.

STEP 4: Click 'Save', review the information, then click 'Confirm'.
STEP 5: Repeat Steps 2-4 for any additional messages you need to set up.
How to remove Lifecycle Messaging campaigns
To remove any Lifecycle Campaign, you can click the 'Remove' button at the far right of the message in the 'Scheduled Messages' box.
How to cancel Lifecycle Messaging subscriptions
To cancel the Lifecycle Subscription for any location visit the Lifecycle page under Promotions and click the 'Manage Access' button. Under Current Subscriptions, click 'Cancel' to the far right of the location you'd like to cancel.
