Are you looking for a shortlist of your location’s current and scheduled promotions? Take a look at the Scheduled Promotions report in Elevate Marketing. It is a fantastic way to see what campaigns may be valid at your locations. In turn, you will avoid location, associate, and customer confusion on past, present, and future promotions.

To find this report, go to Promotions > Scheduled.

Here you can look at current promotions that have yet to be sent, or you can look at promotions that have been sent in the past. You can filter by Campaign Name, the Goal of that Campaign, the Type of campaign (email or SMS), or the Language the campaign was sent in. Utilizing the filters at the top will help you navigate this report and find what data is needed.

Once you have nailed down what you are looking for, the report shows key data for each campaign at each location. Key data points are Creative Name, Sent Date, and Reach. (You can learn more about Reach vs. Potential Reach here.)

You can even get an in-depth view of the campaign by clicking the eye icon under the Actions column. This report will show you how the campaign looks, which customers are receiving, and what is being offered.

For Users, This info can be handy in preparing for potential customer interactions to come later on by knowing which promos are still active and how many people may participate in them.

For Admins, this is a quick and easy breakdown of what campaigns you have out at your locations. Although, if you are looking for more in-depth information, don’t forget about your Campaign Sends Report.
