2023 DNC Outbound Calling Re-enable Process

Your Outbound Calling was disabled. Now what?

What happened?

As you know, DNC compliance is a key requirement to using Outbound Calling on Elevate Marketing. In order to remain compliant, once a year every employee at any location that wants to make outbound calls must complete the latest version of Boost Mobile's DNC training.

If this training is not completed by the deadline put forth by Boost Mobile, we must deactivate the Outbound Calling module for the store until the DNC training is completed.

This year's deadline was 12/31/2022, and any location that had employees who did not complete the training by that date had its module deactivated on 1/9/2023. If you can no longer access your Outbound Calling lists in Elevate Marketing, this may mean your store was deactivated.

What do I do?

Luckily, all you need to do for your Outbound Calling to be reactivated is make sure your DNC training is completed by every employee at your store. Once this is completed, your Outbound Calling will be automatically re-enabled within 3 weeks.

If you are unsure how to access the DNC training, please reach out to your Boost Mobile Account Executive.

To Summarize...

  • DO check all your training. Elevate Marketing will re-enable your outbound calling automatically within 3 weeks of training completion. REMEMBER All employees at the store must complete the training before the module can be turned back on.

  • DO complete the latest DNC course. Access to Outbound Calling will be automatically regained within 3 weeks when this is completed by all store employees.

  • DO reach out to your Boost Mobile Account Executive if you are having issues accessing or completing your training.
