Reviewing or Updating Location Info

How to keep your locations' info up to date.

Keeping your information up to date in Elevate Marketing is key to effective campaigns. Any incorrect information can confuse a customer who wants to visit your store based on an Elevate Marketing campaign. An Account Owner, Account Admin, or Location Admin can change location information. Follow the steps below to review or update your locations' information.

How to Update Location Information:

STEP 1: In the left-hand menu, click Manage to expand the sub-menu.

STEP 2: Click Locations. Here you will see listed all the locations you have access to manage.

STEP 3: Click the Pencil icon to the right of any location to update that location's information. Click the Eye icon to the right of any location to review that location's information.

STEP 4: Click through each of the tabs at the top to confirm or update information:

  • DETAILS:

    • Location Name: The store name you want displayed on your landing page and on emails delivered to your customers from Elevate Marketing.

    • Salesforce Id: The correct SFID for this store.

    • Email Address: The store's email address. This can be an email address for the store or a person associated with the store's email address.

    • Phone Number: The phone number for your store. This number is displayed on your landing page and emails delivered to your customers from Elevate Marketing.

    • Address: The store's full address. Remember to include the space or suite number if you have one.

    • Time Zone: The correct Time Zone for your store.

  • SOCIAL NETWORKING:

    • The store's Facebook page, Twitter handle, or Instagram URL if you would like these linked on your landing page and email campaigns. This is optional but recommended.

  • HOURS:

    • Store hours cannot be updated within the marketing platform. If your store hours are incorrect, don't hesitate to contact your Boost Mobile account executive to have them corrected.

  • LANDING PAGE:

    • You can approve your landing page for this location here. For instructions for approving your landing page, click here.

STEP 5: Click SAVE to save changes and close the window or Click CLOSE if reviewing. Afterward, return to the Locations screen.
