Each Outbound Calling script is split into 7 parts, which act as a guide to take you through the call with your customer:

Part 1: Before You Call
The Before You Call section provides you with some bullet points to remember before you dial the customer.

Part 2: Language Preference

Choose the language that you will continue to read and speak in. Read more about Spanish scripts here.

Part 3: Greeting
This section reminds you to introduce yourself to the customer and announce where you are calling from.

Part 4: Objective
The Objective section is where you tell the customer why you are calling.

Part 5: Offers
The Offers section provides you with information on the offers you can present to the customer. You may see National Offers, Local Offers, or both. These offers are only a suggestion to you to use - if your store is offering another deal that will drive traffic, feel free to mention that as well!

Part 6: Closing
The closing reminds you to thank your customer for their time and hopefully schedule a time when they can come in and see you at the store.

Part 7: Voicemail Message
If the customer does not answer the phone, we have also included a voicemail script you can easily toggle to, to leave the customer a voicemail.
